Do you deliver the flowers?
Yes, we offer delivery services within Orlando, Florida. Delivery fees may vary based on the distance and size of the order. Please contact us for more details about delivery options and fees.
What if I have a specific flower in mind?
We strive to accommodate specific flower requests, but availability can vary depending on the season and supply. If the flower you want is unavailable, we can suggest similar alternatives that will achieve the desired look and feel.
How do I care for my flowers to help them last?
To prolong the life of your flowers, keep them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Change the water every 2-3 days, and trim the stems at an angle each time you change the water. Remove any wilted leaves or petals to prevent bacteria growth.
What is your cancellation policy?
For everyday orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. For weddings and large events, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. Please contact us for more detailed information on our cancellation policy.
